Local action groups in fisheries (LAGUR) create the foundation for sustainable, innovative, and socially responsible development of coastal communities. Their goal is to stimulate economic growth by connecting local stakeholders – fishermen, entrepreneurs, tourism operators, and the public sector.
In this mission, Apparis provides concrete, modern, and sustainable solutions that facilitate project implementation on site – from functional spaces to fully equipped hospitality and service facilities. Our modular buildings are made to the highest standards and ready for immediate use in LAGUR projects funded through EU funds and national programs such as EMFAF – Fisheries and Aquaculture Program 2021–2027.
Modular infrastructure for local development
Apparis modular buildings are designed to perfectly integrate into LAGUR’s infrastructure and development plans, enabling fast, simple, and legal installation at coastal locations.

Our solutions include:
• Fish markets (12–15 m²) – compact units for selling fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen.
o Factory-produced steel-aluminum frame with sandwich panels, thermal insulation, and anti-corrosion protection.
o Interior includes stainless steel work surfaces, refrigerated display, lighting, electrical installation, drainage, and non-slip flooring.
o Fully equipped “plug & play” system, ready to connect to water and electricity immediately upon delivery.
• Tasting rooms and mini-gastro points – spaces for tasting and promoting local fish products.
o Mini-kitchen with stainless steel surfaces, refrigeration units, dispensing station, counters, and outdoor awnings.
o Promote the “from sea to table” concept, connecting fishermen, restaurateurs, and tourists.
• Educational and interpretation centers – modular spaces for training, workshops, and multimedia displays.
o Interactive screens, panels showing local traditions, possibility of integrating solar panels.
• Markets and sales points – multiple modules can be connected into larger units, creating a mini-center of local products with a recognizable LAGUR identity.
• Service and sanitary modules – infrastructure for fairs, marinas, and coastal events.
o WC cabins, showers, water tanks, LED lighting, autonomous operation possible (solar system + storage).
Production and execution – fast, clean, and standardized
All Apparis modules are factory-produced in controlled conditions and in accordance with ISO standards.
Each unit has a CE certificate, concession documentation, and occupancy permit, significantly simplifying the application process for local communities and speeding up project implementation.
• Installation does not require foundations – a light concrete base or pedestal is sufficient.
• Units are delivered fully equipped and ready for connection.
• They can be relocated and modularly connected according to needs.

Sustainability and coastal community identity
Each Apparis unit carries the standardized LAGUR visual identity, with the option to customize colors, signage, and local branding, strengthening community and local fisheries brand recognition.
With optional solar systems and energy-efficient components, our modules meet the highest ecological sustainability and functionality standards.
Apparis contributes to the development of sustainable and functional coastal infrastructure. Our buildings create added value for the community – through new jobs, improved tourism offerings, and support for a local economy based on fisheries.
With Apparis, the coast can preserve tradition while embracing modern trends – building a future where innovation, sustainability, and local identity are inseparable.
