Grof Lovski Grill & Shop – Custom modular catering

At Apparis, we believe that a catering space must be more than just a place to serve food – it must provide an experience. This philosophy was fully realized in the Grof Lovski Grill & Shop project, a complete modular unit designed and manufactured from scratch.

One of our specialties is modular catering units – solutions that enable fast implementation, high quality, and full customization to meet specific client needs. Grof Lovski Grill & Shop was no exception.

From conceptual design, through production and assembly, to equipping the space with specialized catering equipment – every step was executed to create a space that is simultaneously functional, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand identity.

Modular units are an ideal solution for modern caterers because they allow for rapid deployment, flexibility, and space optimization without compromising on quality. Grof Lovski Grill & Shop demonstrates that such a unit can be practical, modern, and distinctive.

Materials were carefully selected, and every detail of the space was designed for maximum functionality. The aesthetics were fully adapted to Lovski’s brand identity, achieving a natural and organic feel within their culinary story.

For Lovski, we delivered three units – a kitchen module, a bar, and a sanitary module.

The two main modules, kitchen and sanitary, were connected using WPC wood-effect facade cladding, creating the impression of a single, larger, compact unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with street food equipment to ensure maximum functionality and efficiency for daily operations, while the sanitary module for guests is integrated seamlessly so as not to disrupt visual or spatial continuity.

Adjacent to the kitchen, we designed a bar in a “steam-punk” style, whose striking design enhances the overall visual impact. Beyond aesthetics, the bar was carefully designed to reflect Lovski’s brand authenticity and is equipped with an integrated display case for showcasing their product range.
