Fast and high-quality realization of an office space in a marina

For our client, we designed and manufactured a modular office unit in a marina in Pula. The project was executed on a turnkey solution, covering all phases – from concept design, engineering, and production to transport and on-site assembly. The main challenge was to harmonize modern functional requirements with the maritime environment, achieving a cohesive solution that blends seamlessly with the coastal landscape.

The office was designed with minimal environmental impact in mind, using natural materials and colors that integrate smoothly with the surroundings. The exterior design combines contemporary lines with natural tones, enhancing both the aesthetics and identity of the space.

 

The modular office was constructed with high-quality, sustainable materials that ensure durability and resistance to demanding weather conditions – essential for coastal areas. The interior layout maximizes space efficiency while providing comfort and functionality for daily staff operations. The modular design also allows for future expansion or relocation if needed.
